Giorgio Corno is named for his  achievements: he is part of the Conference on European Restructuring and Insolvency Law (CERIL), a European think tank which reports and advising on insolvency legislation across the EU. In 2017, Giorgio Corno provided opinions to a commission of experts appointed by the Italian Ministry of Justice to draft new rules on cross-border insolvency. The commission’s efforts helped Italy enact a new bankruptcy code in January 2019.

His clients, many of whom are confidential, included companies from a range of different industries with interests across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, North America and Latin America.
