Studio Corno was established by Giacomo Corno, in Lissone, in 1948.
We are a strategic partner for our clients, supporting their development in Italy and around the world, thanks to the ability of our professionals to clearly identify ther needs.
Since our foundation, linked to the economic fabric of Brianza, we have always had a strong focus on internationalisation.
We support Italian clients throughout the internationalisation process and help foreign customers to understand and deal with our country’s complexities.

This means we can offer solid solutions built on customer requirements. Thanks to our innovative spirit we have been able to cope with all the developments of our profession, grasping the constant challenges posed by technology.

1948
Foundation
Giacomo Corno, a business consultant and accountant, founded the firm in his hometown of Lissone.
Since our inception, we have developed and cultivated contacts all over the world to promote business development.
For over twenty years, we have organised trade missions to Russia, the United Arab Emirates, the United States, China and India to support Italian companies with their internationalisation plans. In 1978, Giacomo Corno also founded CIS, Centro Studi d’Impresa, a training centre for businesses and professionals.
1983
Passing the baton
Fabio and Giorgio Corno took the reins of the firm together with their father in 1983 and 1991 respectively.

Giorgio Corno, lawyer and solicitor, is in charge of providing legal consultancy to clients, leading his team of lawyers.
1994
Birth of the law firm
Giorgio Corno founded Studio Corno Avvocati to support companies with legal consultancy both nationally and transnationally.
Today the law firm relies on the professional skills of two partners and a team of 10 professionals. The partners’ solicitor qualification in England has allowed the firm to build up a wide network of contacts in the United Kingdom.
We have a long and proven experience in the following areas of specialisation: commercial law, M&A and corporate law, business crisis law, employment law, processing of personal data.

LAWorld Membership
The law firm joined LAWorld, an international network of 57 independent law firms headquartered in London.
Our lawyers provide clients with international and transnational assistance, both in judicial and extrajudicial matters, relying on the expertise of law firms all over the world.
2006
Russell Bedford International Membership
The team of management consultants and accountants joined the Russell Bedford International network.
When assisting businesses with internationalisation plans, we can rely on the expertise of our partners all over the world. This allows us to assign the right resources to our client’s projects.
2018
Our first 70 years
Our 70th anniversary was an opportunity to remember the values on which we built the firm and to launch ourselves towards the future of our constantly evolving profession.
In this occasion, we opened up to the world of open innovation. All our collaborators have become an integral parts of the change, exchanging ideas on innovation in the profession using the World Café methodology.
2019
Innovation and digitalisation
The continuous evolution of the profession also passes through startups in the legal and fintech field. With the aim of improving our services, we have launched a project in partnership with GrowITup, an Open Innovation platform created by Cariplo Factory in collaboration with Microsoft.
A challenge to digital start-ups was launched through the Call For Growth “The future of Legal, Tax and Accounting” in which more than 90 start-ups participated.
The three winning start-ups were able to collaborate with the Firm on the development of new ways of delivering services.

We work with our clients very closely, from drafting business strategies through to translating them into action and plans.
We have consolidated ICT innovation processs that allow us to offer web based services with a view to streamlining procedures and ensuring prompt communication with clients.
Thanks to our multidisciplinary approach we can provide personalised consulting to find the best solution to business needs.
