Emanuele Cammareri mainly focuses on intellectual property law, trademarks, design and patents, domain names, unfair competition and counterfeiting.
He has over ten years of experience and assists customers on an ongoing basis in hundreds of privatisations before the Trademark and Patent Offices all around the world. He also optimises global brand portfolios for companies.
He collaborates with the online magazine of Sole 24 Ore “Sistema di Società”, for which, since 2017, he has written articles on industrial law. He is also a speaker at conferences relating both to the subject of trademarks and the subject of domain names.
He is a member of the Milan Bar Association, and has been authorised to perform legal aid before the Court of Cassation since 2018.
He is also a member of the Trademark Section of the Order of Industrial Property Consultants since 2016 and is also a member, among other associations, of the European Community Trademark Association (ECTA), the Licensing Executives Society Italy (LES Italia), the International Trademark Association (INTA) and the Italian Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI).
He is currently a part of the list of experts in the field of procedures for reassigning .it domain names before the PSRD ADR Company, Chamber of Arbitration of Milan and Tornucci & Partners.
