In his thirty years of professional experience he has developed an in-depth knowledge of small and medium-sized enterprises, with particular reference to the management of personnel, both employees and self-employed.
He manages all phases of a company’s life cycle, from the beginning of the relationship with employees until its termination, with particular attention to the management of relations with agencies and trade unions.
She obtained a Master’s degree in Dismissals and Resignations in 2018 and attended the workshop “How to build a welfare plan” in 2017, at Euroconference.
